At Beleeva, we strive to provide high-quality personalized wellness services and products. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Plans & Digital Services

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their App Store account settings or account settings within the Platform, depending on the purchase method.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of the services, refunds may not be available once a personalized plan, assessment, or digital service has been delivered or accessed.
1.1 App Store Purchases
For subscriptions or purchases made through Apple App Store, refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies and procedures.
2. One-Time Digital Purchases
Payments made for one-time digital wellness services, personalized plans, or reports may not be refundable once the service has been delivered.
3. Physical Products (Supplements & Wellness Products)

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product is purchased on the Beleeva site and are-

Incorrect item delivered

Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Order Cancellation (Physical Products)

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
